1. Service Cancellation

Clients can cancel any service by submitting a written request via email to info@sharkweb.in.

Cancellations must be made before the project reaches 30% completion to be eligible for a partial refund.
2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds will only be issued if the project has not been started and payment was made in advance.

Partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed and expenses incurred.

No refunds will be given for completed services, software licenses, or custom development work once delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, third-party tools, and marketing services are non-refundable.

Any amount paid for urgent or priority services is non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Disputes
All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 working days. Disputes, if any, will be resolved in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
